What is your return policy for instruments?

We offer a 14-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the instrument in its original condition for a refund, minus shipping costs and a restocking fee.

Do Wessex instruments come with a warranty?

Every new Wessex instrument is covered by a 3-year manufacturing warranty. This covers any defects in materials or workmanship, giving you peace of mind with your investment.

Are the instruments play-tested before shipping?

Absolutely. Every single instrument undergoes a rigorous quality control check and professional play-test by our experienced brass technicians before it is dispatched to a customer.
